The aim of this course was to create a website in Figma.I decided to make a website for «Nordmarkafestivalen», a two-day-festival with concerts and activities organized by my sister and I. The website would be used to buy tickets and had to give information about the activities and concerts. In addition you could read all practical information and follow news about the festival.
I started by doing research and looking for inspiration from other festival-websites. After I had mapped out all the different information I needed on the website, I created a taxonomy to describe the navigation of the website
I wanted the color palette to be bright and colorful and give the users a feeling of summer and fun.
When selecting the font, I wanted it to be bold and eye-catching for the headers. For the body text it was important to use a font with good readability.
